Shipping Schedule and Methods
We ship Monday-Friday. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipment. Express shipping is available upon your request, please contact Customer Service at 800-356-3320 for expedited orders and shipping methods.
A street address is required, UPS cannot deliver to a PO box.
For Alaska and Hawaii, please call customer service for alternate shipping methods, UPS Ground is higher than other methods we can use to ship your order.
Return Policy / Guarantee
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please give us a call at (800) 356-3320 and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Dated materials, special print orders, and discontinued items may not be returned.
Shortages, or defective books and materials, not resulting from shipping damage, must be reported within 10 days from date of shipment. Items damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier.
All returned goods must include a copy of the invoice listing the returned items. Items being returned should be shipped to Supreme School Supply, 625 Dettloff Drive, Arcadia, WI 54612.
