Minimum Order Charge

 

Minimum order amount for website orders is $15.00 in total products before shipping and handling. 

 

 

Payment Methods and Terms

 

Credit card payments are accepted using VISA or Mastercard.

 

School purchase orders are acceptable for orders placed over internet, phone, FAX, or mail.

 

Check or money orders should be made out to Supreme School Supply.

 

Payment terms are Net 30 days form date of shipment.

 

 

Sales Tax

 

Personal orders from New Jersey, Minnesota, and Wisconsin must include sales tax. All orders from Arkansas must include sales tax, including all orders from schools or other businesses. New accounts should send a copy of a tax exempt certificate on the initial order.

Customized Forms and Books

 

Many of our products can be customized with the name of your school imprinted on the cover or form. For more information on creating and submitting artwork files for custom printed materials, see our Artwork and Templates page.

 

We also offer totally custom printing on a wide variety of materials with collating and binding services to meet your needs.

 

Custom handbooks, covers, and related special print runs are accepted in PDF format only. Any custom print requiring graphics design services will be bill at $60.00 per hour.
