How do I return an item?
Return Policy / Guarantee
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please give us a call at (800) 356-3320 and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
There is a 10% Restocking fee for returned products.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. However if it was our mistake, Supreme School Supply will cover the cost of shipping to return the product.
Dated materials, special print orders, and discontinued items may not be returned.
Shortages, or defective books and materials, not resulting from shipping damage, must be reported within 10 days from date of shipment. Items damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier.
All returned goods must include a copy of the invoice listing the returned items. Items being returned should be shipped to Supreme School Supply, 625 Dettloff Drive, Arcadia, WI 54612.
